Vanguard Physician is an editorial publication that profiles independent physicians. Each feature is a reported, written portrait of a single doctor: who they are, how they practice, and what shaped them. We publish across New England.
We are not a directory, a ranking, or a "top doctor" list. We don't score physicians against each other. We don't make outcome claims. We produce one thing: a serious, carefully reported profile that a physician is proud to share and a patient finds genuinely useful.
Each profile is built from a recorded interview, confirmed credentials, and a named, consenting peer or colleague quote. The physician reviews and approves the final draft before publication. Nothing publishes without their sign-off.
Featured physicians participate in our membership program, which supports the publication's editorial work. We disclose this plainly because we believe transparency is what separates credible editorial from pay-to-play marketing. The profile itself is a portrait of the practitioner. It contains no booking links, no calls to action, no promotional language.
Vanguard Physician is produced by a small editorial team. The publication was founded in 2026 with a straightforward thesis: independent physicians deserve a credible, beautifully produced editorial profile, and patients deserve a source they can trust. We start in New England because we believe in building depth in one region before breadth across many.
